Chinatown FC held to a draw by Dirty Dozen

Chinatown FC started the games brightly against 9 man Dirty Dozen whose player are late. Despite the numerical advantages, Chinatown FC was unable to capitalise on it. Soon, the match erupted when Dirty Dozen player came in to fill up the remaining slot.
Battle was held mostly in the center of the park with either side able to break through on goal. The best chance fall to CFC. Daniel was free on the far post with no one near him. But he was unable to meet the end of the cross whipped in dangerously by Bernard.
Dirty Dozen nearly score when Zhen Zhong mis-timed a clearance letting opposition to pounce on it, trying to lob over the advancing keeper, Davis, but went wide.
Half time whistle blown. 0-0
Match restarted after a few team talks by skipper Ah Boy concerning the players concentration. With several players playing out of positions.
Chinatown FC played the ball well with a few neat one-two down the flanks. Its was not long before CFC open the account, Ono upon receiving the ball, ran pass opposition centerback to the left of the penalty box before passing a grounder for Andy to tap it home from close range. 1-0 to CFC.
Dirty Dozen begin to fight back and CFC lost concentration 5 minutes later. The ball was crossed upfield down the center after Bernard, who play as centerback went above the half court line leaving Ah Boy stranded at the back. Davis rush out and block the initial shot but the ball bounce to another opposition who tap it into an open net. Scoreline held at 1-1.
Chinatown FC was made to paid for the same mistake again after opposition number 7 had beat the offside trap similar to the first goal CFC conceded, and slot past Davis to lead 2-1.
With morale down but not out, CFC crawl back into the match and attack the opposition with flair. Ono, with his usual cut in run down the left, was tackle blindly by opposition defender in the penalty box but the referee had only awarded CFC a free kick and a yellow card to the defender. CFC player argued back but was to no avail.
With so much at stake and the recent form of CFC. Chinatown FC refused to laid back and continue to attack leaving the defense empty. Dirty Dozen managed to break free once again but was saved by Davis, who had a busy second half. Soon, CFC was rewarded for their effort. Ono once again was brought down by opposition and he loses his coolness and attempted to challenge the defender but was held back by CFC players. This time, Ah Yong float in the resulting free kick for Ono to head in from close range. 2-2.
With the match time tickling down. CFC defense was once again in chaos letting oppoent to run through, trying to lob over CFC keeper, but was saved by the cross bar. The ball landed on opponent leg and Davis plunged instantly to grab the ball. The opposition argue for a penalty claiming he was tackled on the leg but was turn down by the referee and was shown a yellow card. In a moment of madness, the player slap the yellow card to the floor leaving the referee no choice but to show him the red card.
Match ended 2-2.
